Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At YRI, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Products such as underwear, and sanitary items.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous or containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable software or products.
  • Gift Cards
  • Health and Personal Care Items: Specific items related to health and personal care.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Used Items: Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened Media: CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Damaged Goods: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late Returns: Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds take time to process.
  • Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact Your Bank: There may be processing delays before a refund is posted.
  • Still No Refund? If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us, and send your item to the Return Address.

Gifts

  • Gifted Items: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Non-Gifted Items: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the return.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking: For more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
